Do i need a HIP? It is a mandatory requirement when putting a home up for sale to provide a Home Information Pack (HIP). What is Included in the HIP? The HIP is made up of Compulsory and Optional documents

Compulsary Documents, Hip Index, New Property Information Questionnaire (PIQ) From 6th April 2009, Sales Statement, Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) Evidence of Titile, Local Authority and Water Searches, A copy of the Lease if Leasehold. Optional Documents, Mining Searches. Other non standard Searches - Ground Stability or Environmental Hazards. Guarantee's for work carried out in your home such as Damp proofing.

Unregistered Properties subject to additional fee's - price upon application. Payment by credit/debit card subject to £5.00 fee.
